Can fat build up behind your stomach muscles? i'm 53 yrs old. i don't have any fat on me anywhere, but have a big gut. but when i tighten my stomach muscles, you can't pinch even a 1/2" of fat, its hard as a rock.

Yes, : Yes, we have fat interspersed throughout the internal gut. You could have little subcutaneous fat but more fat in the abdominal cavity.
