Need 2 C UR SURGEON: It is unusual to have severe abdominal pain 3 weeks after laparoscopic surgery. Rather than speculate about possible causes, it's best to have face-to-face evaluation by your surgeon; I am certain they would want to know.

Not usual: You may have stitch granuloma some times called stitch abscess, usually it clears or your surgeon has to pull out that buried stitch pictures show severe infection, you did not have that.
