Hormones are not reg: Ulated which is very common in teenagers , she needs blood work and an ultrasound, does not necessarily need a pelvic if she is not sexually active, and assuming nothing strange is found, usually will get cycled on a low dose bcpill to control the cycles so she should see your gyn.
