Doctor can evaluate: Sounds like several parts of the body have symptoms, but a primary care doctor needs to evaluate and hear the complete story. Back aches are common with muscle strains and ligament sprains, from various activities. Breasts don't have any muscle, so when they hurt, it can be due to hormonal changes or to trauma. Itching can be from allergic reactions, etc... There's a variety of symptoms here.
