Changing mole: Any changing skin lesion should be evaluated by a medical professional. The enlargement or color change may be related to abnormal cells growing, or could be just a change in pigmentation. If it is painful, this is a sign that something is going on, so don't put off seeking medical attention from your primary care provider or dermatologist.

Mole: this is a problem that needs prompt evaluation. Melanoma is a major concern. Have it evaluated immediately.
