Concerned: But not worried. Make sure you are well hydrated. There are a few reasons why this could happen. Try wearing supportive shoes/sneakers. You can step down on the toes apply pressure so that they "release". You may be low in magnesium in the red blood cells, or potassium. Mention it on your next visit to the oby-gyn. If it happens more frequently then don't wait for your next apt call them to tell.
