Red thing hanging from underneath the tongue from the vein, contagious? does not effect the health no fever...how to get rid of it?

Not sure: I am not completely clear on what this is by your description. However, there are in fact both contagious, and noncontagious things that can occur under the tongue. Lesions can be benign or malignant. I would suggest you see your primary or ENT doctor to check this out and give you further advice.

Don't worry: Just a blood vessel hanging down if it wasn't there before it may resirb with time.
