Yes: Although it is not common, the steroid in the inhaler can deposit on the gums, causing symptoms. Always rinse your mouth after doing any inhaler - it's just safe.

Yes: Chronic use of a steroid in inhaler form can lead to some swelling in the gum tissue, and they can bleed more easily; make sure you have a thorough dental check, that you brushing and flossing correctly and regularly. Then the question arises as to how long you need the steroid inhaler, are there others you can use if needed, etc.
