Lung collapse: Dont panic, we all have cells in lungs at times that are not fully open, when you get a patch together we can see that on xray. Can be from old scars, pneumonia or other things like copd, or lung disease. You should be surento do deep breathing exercises, big breath in amd hold as long as you can, that opens the cells back up, and if on breathing treatment regimen then do them faithfully.

Ligula: The ligula is the equivalent of the middle lobe of the lung on the left-hand side. There is no true middle lobe but it is an area of the left lung. Atelectasis refers to an area of the lung where there is no good gas exchange due to either obstruction or filling in with fluid. This is often seen with an infection.
