I had a xray its say the impression is pneumothorax however they did a ct scan to make sure first. now i had a ct scan and the impression says no pneumothorax. minimal left basilar atelectasis what does it mean?

It means that you have ton talk to your treating Physician. Lab tests and imaging have to be interpreted in conjunction twith the findings from your examination. Call your Doc.
