I've noticed recently that my pulse has become slow 50-60 bpm. i am 49 and take ramipril 5 mg and toperlol 12.5 mg once daily. additionally, i've recently been diagnosed with iron dificient anemia and have been taking poly-iron 150 and 500 mg of vit

Toprol (metoprolol): Tolprol is a beta blocker, a drug that blocks the effect of adrenaline on the heart. It lowers blood pressure, but also routinely slows the pulse. This has nothing to do with your anemia or the iron used to treat it.
