Yes.: Zinc may interact with several antibiotics but should not interact with either metoprolol or ramipril. Your dose should not exceed 100mg/day.

Doc increased metoperlol 12.5 1x daily to 2x daily 3 weeks ago. Still upper BP range from 150-160 at times, what to do? Taking ramipril 5 mg also.
For BP was on a Metoprolol 25 and Rampril 2.5 combo. Potassium level was high so took Rampril off and went to Amiodipine. BP changes a lot. ?
