Not the exterminator: If something has already died, an exterminator wouldn't be needed. Anything with that bad of an odor needs to be checked out, to see if it is an infection with anaerobic bacteria or an area of dead, gangrenous flesh. Such a problem can lead to fatal complications if left untreated.
