Recurrent miscarriag: Your miscarriages may or nay not be due to your diabetes. You must get uour hemoglobin a1c under excellent control, under 6 , before attempting another pregnancy. Next, you need a clotting disorder profile drawn which must include leiden factor five, prothrombin 2, and mthfr deficiency. Any of these disorders cause increased blood clotting and can cut off the blood supply to your fetus.
