Possible: Anything's possible. Check a pregnancy test & if positive, see an OB asap to see if it's a new pregnancy or residual from your miscarriage. Good luck.

Unlikely: Sounds like you're experiencing some residual symptoms. Give it another week and do a pregnancy test, just to be on the safe side.
