Hard to say: This is above normal. If you have ovarian cancer and it was normal, you could have recurrence. If you do not have ovarian ca, this needs to be investigated with exam, ultrasound and other studies. This test can be non-specific if you have no ovarian finding. See you gyn.

Not a lot: This test can be elevated for several reasons: heart failure, ovarian cancer, and multiple other causes. Without a diagnosis of ovarian cancer all it means is there are a lot of questions. This test should not be ordered without a diagnosis or a very high suspicion of ovarian cancer. Hope this helps.
