Foot Neuroma: They can be treated with injections and/ or surgery. I would get evaluated by your fp who may then inject it. If no help obtained then may send you to a podiatrist for surgery. I no longer inject them but just send them to podiatry.

Neuroma treatment: can be varied. Most important thing to understand is what caused the neuroma. Was it a tight pair of shoes that aggrevate it or an activity where the toes bend a certain way and make it feel worst etc. Once that is identified, accomodating your foot or avoiding the activity can calm the neuroma down somewhat. A visit to a podiatrist with possible injection, metatarsal pad placement can help more.
