Can neuromas in your feet go away by their self?

Sometimes: They do. However, if you are experiencing pain, then why wait for something that may or may not happen? Be proactive and get it treated to speed the healing.

No: Neuromas are basically a pinched nerve in between the toes and can only get larger over time with pressure from shoe wear. The symptoms can come and go at the beginning.

The pain and : Inflammation of neuromas can be variable according to what shoes you are wearing along with your activity level. That being said, once you have a neuroma, it is there forever. Its just a matter of how painful it is, how often it flares up and how much you're willing to put up with before having it treated.
