See Physician: Could be neuropathy but very rare in someone as young as yourself. Make sure you are wearing appropriate running shoes that fit properly. If still a problem, have it checked out.

Shoe problem: This may be due to the fact that your shoes do not fit properly or that you are swelling into your shoes. This will cause pressure on the nerves leading to numbness. This may also be due to a poor position of the foot placing extra pressure on the nerves that may require orthotics. See your podiatrist for proper treatment.

Your feet should not: Get numb, see a doctor. This maybe due to a radiculopathy from your back, a localized neuropathy in the foot i.E neuroma or tarsal tunnel. Systemic diseases like diabetes could cause neuropathy but i would expect that to occur all the time and not just when running.
