Compressed nerve: Could be a radiculopathy, compressed nerve, exertional compartment syndrome. Should see a neurologist or orthopedist.

Have tight calves. Often get pain after 3k running and have to stop. If not and manage to get to 5k+ start to get numb feet ?!
I have neck pain and even if I am sitting down or lying down or not doing anything my hands and feet gets old but not on a regular basis. I have no numbness or tingling on my arms or legs even I am relax my hands and feet will get cold.
