I had an ileostomy 20 years and have polyps removed every other year. the surgeon inserts a lot of packing. do i remove packing? will it disintegrate?

Ask your surgeon: Most packs will not disintegrate and have to be removed or they will fall out on their own. I don't understand at all why you would have packing for polyp surgery. This is usually done for infections or to stop bleeding.
