Total colectomy with permanent ileostomy conducted 6 years ago, and rectum was stapled by the surgeon. since few days, some liquids mixed with blood are going through the rectum with no new symptoms and the ileostomy working well. what is the reason?

Post-colectomy : I would be concerned about inflammation/ irritation of the pouch. I would recommend that you must be evaluated by the gastroenterologist as soon as possible.
