Upto you: It is upto you , as you already have multiple abominal surgeries, open surgery is ok . But laporoscopic surgery is better if possible ( some times scar tissue , adhesions will not allow ) it not just the scar , you recover quicker than open surgery, and resume normal activities at a earlier time.

Complex Hyst: Given the high possibility for a complex hysterectomy due to scar tissue (from prior cesareans) and adhesions (from prior abdominal surgeries) you may consider finding a Gynecologist with a high volume of robotic surgery. The robotic approach has a faster recovery than an open case and many times allows better visualization and instrumentation.
