Anxiety/panic: Several things you can try: meditation, tai chi, yoga, exercise, biofeedback, relaxing music, activities to divert attention away from anxious thoughts. Try to ascertain what brings on the anxiety/panic & try to change those things. A therapist can help you deal with your concerns.

Dose changes/therapy: Please discuss your feelings w/your doctor -- medication changes can be made. Also, a good psychotherapist can help you deal with anxiety without medications. Mindfulness meditation can help as well. Many people are sensitive to psychiatric medications --a well-trained classical homeopath may be able to help you also. Stay away from caffeine and other stimulants, too!

There are ways: The two main forms of treatment for anxiety and panic disorder are medications and cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt). Cbt is very effective. It involves: exposure and response prevention therapy whereby a person makes themselves have a panic attack on purpose and then does nothing to make it go away, allowing it to go away on it's own. Then the body desensitizes itself and the panic stops.
