Can u catch skin ca: Basic skin cancers such as squamous cell and basal cell are very common and often look like dry, rough areas or sores that won't heal. This doesn't mean you can spread the cancer cells from person to person. Each cancer is a part of that person and is theirs, unique to them. Don't be afraid to get them taken care of...They are highly curable. Don't be afraid to touch someone with skin cancer:).
