You may need help: If you are not menstruating regularly, you should see your doctor for help getting pregnant. Your doctor may want to do some tests to see why you aren't having regular periods. If he/she can find a reason that is treatable, pregnancy may be possible. It is likely, though, that you will need fertility treatments to get pregnant.
