I have unsettled graves' disease and i haven't seen my period in months, does this mean i'm unlikely to get pregnant? as i'm trying for baby.

Graves disease: I recommend you try not to get pregnant untill you have the graves disease in good control.

Agree with above. If you don't have your periods, it would be highly unlikely that you will get pregnant. Perhaps your period will return after the Grave's disease becomes under control
