Yes you can: You can get pregnant even if you are not having regular periods. However at age 21 you should be having periods and so you should go see an OBGYN who may be able to find out why you are not having periods and may help you with that. There is no OTC drug that you can use to help you get pregnant you will need to see and OBGYN and may be a reproductive specialist to help you get pregnant.
