I had a lumber lamanectomy l2 -s1 a month ago and i am now having lower stomach pains. can it be related to the back surgery?

Possible: Some people can get a stress ulcer or gastritis post op due to surgery and/or medication. Some get constipation due to pain and use of pain medication. Rarely, there could be a perforation of an abdominal organ if disectomy done as well. If a Foley catheter was used, a urinary tract infection could present like this.
