Folliculitis: Inflamed or infected hair follicles can look like this. Pants could be too tight, too much sweating or pore are infected. Laser hair removal is excellent choice, use witch hazel pads during day to clean and wear loose pants. Use a topical ointment like neosporin while its inflamed.
