For oral cancer there are other factors like smoking and tobacco as well. Not all positive for HIV will get cancer.

Unknown: there is no way to determine how long the HPV virus will stay asymptotic. See your dentist every 6 months for oral cancer screenings and your obgyn for Pap smears.
