Wow - seek MFM care!: If that is true medically, you are in an extremely high-risk pregnancy category. First off, it could increase the risk of ectopic/heterotopic pregnancy that can be life-threatening. Secondly, it could lead to poor fetal growth and high risk for pregnancy loss from little endometrium left to support not even one fetus (let alone two). Thirdly, placenta accreta/increta/percreta could threaten you!

The basics: Ablation is designed to scar up the part of your womb that creates a receptive field of tissue for a pregnancy to seat/grow. For you to conceive after ablation would be expected if you are fertile & sexually active. However, there is little left to support a pregnancy, you have had modified. As Dr Zacharias pointed out, you need to see a maternofetal medicine specialist & be prepared for bad news
