Complications: Ivf is associated to multiple gestation such as twins and triplets. More than one passenger in the womb increases the chance of preterm labor.

IVF: Is relatively very safe and effective. Side effects are minimal for mom. Babies health overall is no different than spontaneous conceptions. Older maternal and paternal age can increase risks however.
