Probably little: Whether or not Baby ASA has any benefits depends on your clinical history: for most it does not, in some cases it may have a small benefit. Your MD can discuss whether you are "one" of these people. Side effects? It's given to babies for fever for over 50 years. There are rare complications in individuals, but these are the exception. Again discuss with your MD about these risks. Best wishes.
