Calorie log: You could have a low thyroid and that is easy to check. Do a calorie count soon and see how many you really get each day. Many people are surprised how many calories they eat when they think they are being so good most of the time. All it takes is a day to undo a whole week of dieting. Keep a log and you will learn a lot i bet. Good luck.
