Does cycling make you impotent?

It can: If you use a very narrow seat and sit just right there can be nerve damage that can cause erectile dysfunction.

Highly unlikely: Excessive riding on a hard bike-seat which can cause saddle-neuropathy (inflammation of nerve at your bottom to penis area), but impotence is not likely because u will have plenty of warning. Aching/burning/heaviness or numbness sensation with riding and improves after a couple days, then again and again etc. Impotence is possible but unsual. Something else is going on. Consult doc. Good luc.
