Yes: Propranolol has been studied in infantile hemangiomas and found to decrease the size, color and elevation. There are side effects.

Wouldn't think so: If you are talking about hemangiomas of the skin that are not part of an underlying syndrome, i wouldn't think that taking propanolol would your hemangiomas at all. Is the deralin for something else?
