Eyelid hemangioma: Most hemangiomas do not require treatment - they grow and then shrink on their own. Eyelid ones are an exception though, because as they grow it can obstruct vision and cause problems with visual development in the infant. I would advise a consultation with a pediatric dermatologist and ophthalmologist. Most likely systemic therapy with Propranolol would be indicated in this situation.
