None: Vertebral hemangiomas are common, usually found incidentally, requiring no treatment. If painful suggesting a compression fracture, kyphoplasty can be helpful.

For most there is : typically no indication for any treatment as these are benign tumor findings seen in 11% of the population with them rarely causing an issue unless they are so large that they may compromise the strength and integrity of the vertebral bone leading to a fracture or rarely then neural tissue compression.
