Specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Of course!: Matermal medical conditions can generally be managed throughout pregnancy to avoid or minimize fetal consequenses (mainly from prematurity, poor growth and teratogen exposure). Myeloproliferative disorders (blood dyscrasias) are no exception; they can present challenges to the maternal-fetal medicine and hematology specialists managing the pregnancy, but these should be surmountable.
