How likely is it to faint if you're having a severe panic attack?

Not very: Although it is more common to think you might faint or pass out. My advice is to try and allow the anxiety to wash over you while not really reacting or doing anything intended on making the attack go away. By doing so, you will become desensitized and they will improve and eventually go away. If you can do this, you can avoid needing any medication.

Panic: Feeling dizzy is fairly common, not passing out. Always remember, u r in control and the attack passes.
