Rinses & pain meds: Usually hot salt water rinses and antiinflammatory meds like Ibuprofen and Naproxen will take care of it. Occassionally, antibiotics may be necessary.

See your dentist: You will need to see your dentist soon. In the interim, you can take an over the counter pain medication that works best for you, rinse with warm salt water rinses, and try to brush the tissue overlying the wisdom teeth.

Wisdom teeth: Tooth pain associated with wisdom teeth eruption can be taken care by taking some pain medication temporarily. For long term results, you may have to get it extracted for reasons like lack of space in the mouth or periodontal problems. It is best to see a dentist and get it evaluated.
