My wisdom tooth is growing in the wrong direction compared to the other teeth, will this cause any issues?

Usually: It could cause periodontal (gum) problems, greater risk of decay, irritating your cheek, inability to close your mouth all the way, infection, etc. Have it evaluated to see if it needs to be removed. Better to schedule that on your own terms rather than waiting until it's a full blown emergency.
