What are some of the changes that will take place in healthy, normal eyes as the patient moves into old age?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Presbyopia, floaters: Presbyopia (loss of near vision) and floaters are very common as the eye ages. Cataract increases with age commonly but may or may not be visually significant.
