Same as without: Eye dryness can be irritating and annoying but rarely harms the vision or health of the eye. The prognosis is the same whether dry or not.

Very good: With treatment, dry eye should stabilize and not cause any major issues. Only rarely does dry eye cause any serious issue although it can be irritating and cause blurred vision.
