What is a swollen lymph node like?

Question is vague!: Swollen lymph node may reactive process or could be cancer (lymphoma or metastatic spread). Reactive process may be secondary to various organisms such as viral, bacterial, fungal (including granulomatous processes). Many other condtions are idiopathic (no known causative factor).
