What is the difference between uterine and cervical cancer?

Multiple: Cervical cancer is due to hpv in about 80% of cases, usually squamous cell, emiently preventable through pap screening and vaccination. Uterine cancers are mostly cancers of the endometrium, adenocarcinomas, usually hormone induced, mostly post-menopausal, no effective preventive or early detection strategy.
