Pancreas and spleen: The pancreas is a complex organ with several functions. 85% of your food is digested by enzmes produced by the pancreas, glucose regulations is also related to cells in the pancreas. The spleen is a part of the immune system that stores lymphocytes and helps get rid of old red blood cells. It is important in platelet destruction and is a blood regulator as well as acts as a large lymph node.
