Warm salt water: I would recommend gargling with a tablespoon of salt in 8 ounces of warm water 4 times a day. Don't vigourously rinse the extraction site because you don't want to disrupt the blood clot. Lightly rinse and swish with the salt water and spit out. Don't try to clean out or disrupt the extraction site.

Swish: You don't need to gargle...You should be rinsing your mouth with warm salt water about 3-4 times per day especially after meals.
