I have a vile taste in my mouth 11 days after a quadruple wisdom tooth extraction and a week after being treated for dry sockets. it is not improving.?

This is common: Most patients complain of a bad odor in mouth for up three weeks especially after having dry sockets. Rinse with peroxyl and ask your dentist for an irrigation syringe. This is a plastic syringe that will allow you to clean out your sockets with warm salt water to help them heal and help with bad odor.

Infection?: Sounds like you may still have a dry socket or other infection. Please return to the oral surgeon asap.
